STRONG is Athleta’s totally unique small group fitness sessions run by one of our highly qualified personal trainers. Our STRONG sessions are limited to up to 6 participants per session. STRONG is a unique way for people to gain all the benefits of Personal Training but in a Small Group situation. If you want to gain strength, lose inches and/or see an increase in your energy, STRONG is the perfect fit for you.   A strength and conditioning class that uses innovative and highly effective training routines that will maximise results. SHRED is a time efficient, concentrated group training session designed to tone, shape and sculpt your body with an effective fat burning workout. Very popular with both men and women in Yarraville, Williamstown, Altona and beyond.   CORE is your ideal training session to tone, tighten and strengthen both your abdominals and entire mid section. Your core is about more than just your ab muscles—it’s your body’s powerhouse. Not only does it facilitate movement, but it also houses your inner organs and central nervous system. In other words, it helps you do just about everything. This session is for anyone who wants to improve their overall quality of life! Ideal for men and women of all ages
