Here’s another Beginner Gym Tip

(For someone who has come back to the gym after a long break.)


Perhaps you aren't pushing yourself hard enough if you aren't sweating towards the conclusion of your workout. Incorporate high-intensity motions like running, jumping jacks, burpees, or squat leaps into your workout at least once to reach a "out of breath" state.
